About Us

ADM Drug/Alcohol and /Testing Center, LLC provides reliable, compliant, and convenient mobile DOT physical, drug and alcohol testing services across Maryland  and North Carolina. Led by Angela McNeill, FNP-BC, CME, our center specializes in DOT  and Non-DOT urine drug testing and certified collectors training.  We operate  in full compliance with 49 CFR Part 40, follow strict chain-of-custody procedures, and partner with trusted laboratories to ensure accurate, timely results.  With a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer care, ADM Drug/Alcohol Testing Center, LLC is dedicated to supporting employers, transportation professionalism, and individuals with dependable mobile testing solutions tailored to their needs.

I am a proud native of Raeford, North Carolina, and a graduate of Hoke County High School, Class of 1990. I am the daughter of Bessie L. McNeill and James A. Sanders, a devoted mother to my son, Aaron D. McNeill, a wonderful daughter-in-law, Jasmine McNeill, and a proud grandmother to my grandson, Arlo D. McNeill, who all reside in England.

With a lifelong passion for serving others, I began my healthcare journey as a Nursing Assistant after graduating from Sandhills Community College. Through hard work and dedication, I advanced in my career and now proudly serve as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Certified Medical Examiner (CME).

I currently provide mobile DOT services in Maryland and North Carolina, offering professional, compliant, and convenient care to individuals, employers, and organizations.

Our core team consists of one highly trained professional who oversees all operations, ensuring that every aspect of the screening process is executed with precision and care. We partner with LabCorp, a trusted leader in laboratory testing, to provide accurate and reliable results for our screenings. This collaboration allows the assurance our clients receive timely outcomes.

Additionally, we work closely with a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) who plays a crucial role in interpreting test results and providing expert guidance. The MRO ensures compliance with DOT regulations and maintains the integrity of the screening. We are here to serve our community with integrity and professionalism, making the drug and alcohol screening process as smooth as possible for every client we assist.
