My name is Angela McNeill, and I am a proud native of Hoke County, where I graduated from Hoke County High School in 1990. I am the daughter of Bessie L. McNeill and James A. Sanders. I'm a loving mother of one son, Aaron D. McNeill, a wonderful daughter-in-law Jasmine McNeill and a proud grandmother to my grandson, Arlo D. McNeill both
My name is Angela McNeill, and I am a proud native of Hoke County, where I graduated from Hoke County High School in 1990. I am the daughter of Bessie L. McNeill and James A. Sanders. I'm a loving mother of one son, Aaron D. McNeill, a wonderful daughter-in-law Jasmine McNeill and a proud grandmother to my grandson, Arlo D. McNeill both residing in England. In the 1990s, I began my career working at Burlington Mills. Driven by a desire to serve others and make a difference in people's lives, I pursued my passion for healthcare by becoming a nursing assistant, graduating from Sandhills Community College. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to advancing my career and currently serve my community as a nurse practitioner.
Additionally, I am honored to be a co-founder and executive leader of the Hoke County Alumni Association. Our organization is committed to giving back to our community—annually providing thousands of dollars in scholarships and donations to local schools to support education and student success.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my county and its residents through both my professional career and community involvement.

Additionally, we work closely with a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) who plays a crucial role in interpreting test results and providing expert guidance. The MRO ensures compliance with DOT regulations and maintains the integrity of the screening. We are here to serve our community with integrity and professionalism, making the drug and alcohol screening process as smooth as possible for every client we assist.
